bůdi ships orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase; once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. bůdi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as bůdi cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
